Chef Juan Pablo Rey Nores and Pascale Fadi Nachef met a decade ago in the vibrant city of Dubai. Juan Pablo, affectionately known as JP, was already making waves in the culinary world with prominent positions at Conrad Hotels & Resorts and Gargash Group. Pascale, with her impressive career at Addmind, started as a barmaid and rose to the position of Brand Project Manager, spearheading notable projects like Expo 2020, Bar du Port Egypt, Bar du Port Dubai, and Iris Dubai (Addmind) .
Their shared passion for food and hospitality led them to dream of creating a unique dining experience together. Over the years, this dream evolved into a vision of an exclusive restaurant that would combine their expertise and love for culinary arts.
